What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the site remember things — such as whether you have already accepted this notice — so you are not asked the same question every time. They do not give us access to your device or any personal information beyond what you share with us directly.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to function. They handle things like remembering your cookie consent decision. They cannot be switched off.
Duration: session and up to 12 months · Set by: Mainspring Row
Analytics cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed most, how long people spend reading. All data is aggregated and anonymised. We use Google Analytics where consent is given.
Duration: up to 26 months · Set by: Google Analytics
Marketing cookies
These track activity across sites to help show relevant content on other platforms. We do not currently use marketing campaigns, but if third-party advertising pixels are added in future, they would fall into this category.
Duration: varies · Set by: third-party advertising partners
Preference cookies
These remember choices you make on the site — such as display settings — so you do not have to set them again on your next visit.
Duration: up to 12 months · Set by: Mainspring Row
